Professional dance training

And a great way to socialise, build confidence and have fun

Dolly Mixtures is our Youth Dance crew. They meet every week, learning dance technique, dance theatre and choreography in preparation for events, in addition to our annual shows at the end of the year.

Dolly Mixtures Youth Dance have secured and are recieveing funding from the youth opportuntiy fund to have the opportunity to do a school tour. This  is an ongoing project where members and teaching staff will create a short stage performance in aim to encourage young people to take part in positive activities such as dance. It will also give the dancers the opportunites to work under a professional context in that they are working in different types of venues and to a larger scale audience.

We aim to perform in about ten secondary school and offer workshops in addition to these performances.

New propective members are still able to be part of this project as we are still in devising stages.
